Responsibilities:
- Develop machine or equipment concepts, considering product, process, quality, and economic requirements.
- Plan layouts for various manufacturing areas, specifying individual equipment and material transfer interfaces.
- Budget machinery needs for the production line, with a focus on total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Create equipment specifications based on the developed concepts.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers during the bidding phase, followed by technical evaluation.
- Provide technical support to machine suppliers from design to commissioning, including FAT/SAT testing and handover to production.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with production and quality.
- Represent the machine perspective in quality-led 8-D processes.

Profile:
- A technical degree (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields).
- Several years of experience in planning and implementing systems for formation, aging, or filling processes (Battery knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills in production technologies and processes.
- Practical knowledge in conceptualizing, planning, and organizing industrial workflows.
- Ability to adapt to varying and changing demands.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
