Our Client is looking for a Finance Coordinator with experience in finance operative roles (Finance Specialist, Finance Coordinator) and fluency in English. Previous experience as an auditor is an asset. The Finance Coordinator, reporting to the Managing Director, contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. The Finance Coordinator will have a fully operative role, work closely with the Accounting Coordinator, and provide financial advice and support to management.
Location: Turin
Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead all aspects of Finance and Administration for Italy and Europe operations. Provide financial insights into the development of strategic plans and policies for the organization and influence the operating aspects of the country. P&L Management, balance sheet. Provide strong oversight of financial controls, measurements, and systems. Maintain the country's fiscal integrity and ensure compliance with all the company's processes and procedures. Lead process improvements around forecast planning, with Sales and Service functions. Close relationship with management to exchange information about activities/issues. Yearly Budget / Monthly Forecast reporting. Business Partner for specific client requests (customer tenders/contracts; payments). Internal & external audits. Risk management and insurance matters. Treasury: liquidity management and monitoring. Manage the debtors, accruals, and provisions. Requirements: University degree in Business Management / Administration or Finance. Previous experience in finance operative roles (Finance Specialist, Finance Coordinator). Fluency in English. Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience as an auditor is an asset. Team spirit. Strategic thinker. Able to translate strategies into concrete local plans. Strong intellect with an organized analytical approach. "Hands on" mentality. Location: Turin
