The E-Learning & Training Specialist will be part of the HQ Retail Training Team supporting the development and cascading of the Retail Training Strategy.He/She will be partnering with all the key retail departments in order to develop tailor Importante Azienda e-learning solutions adopting an innovative, digital and modern learning approach.
In addition, He/She might be supporting the Retail Trainers with the organization andfacilitation of blended retail training sessions.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Designing an innovative, interactive and integrated learning experience leveraging our existing training platform.
- Creating high quality content and monitoring courses execution and learning activities results such as podcasts, video teasers, videos, games (video & image editing).
- Being a facilitator of the face to face and virtual retail training sessions.
Profilo
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Digital Learning, Communication, Graphic Design, Educational Studies or similar,
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Design, Instructional Design with a focus on e-learning or Customer UX
- Knowledge of LMS platforms, Authoring Tools, or experience on management of learning platforms
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools
- Passion for the fashion world
- Digital Creative Mindset
