A great opportunity to contribute to the brand growth in a challenging yet joyful environment.The receptionist, placed within the company's General Services area, will be assigned to a fixed/desk position in the front office.Key AccountabilitiesWelcoming incoming staff and any other guests/vendors visiting the location.Receiving, handling, and sorting incoming phone calls.Informing staff of general logistics (numbers in the address book, location of rooms and offices within the facility, times of local events/openings, etc.).Booking taxi cabs or other courtesy services is requested.Requirements:Functional:High School Diploma.Good standing, and excellent interpersonal skills.Previous experience in direct public contact duties.Fluent in English, spoken and writtenKey challenges:Flexibility and availability during some weekends and holidays are a must.A company uniform will be given for this role.Part-time role (6 hours a day)Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
