ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations HQ in Pederobba (TV, Italy).
As HRBP intern you will experience what it means to support the HR manager in daily activities in order to learn and become independent.
Here are some responsibilities you will have:
HR Analytics;Recruiting and training activities for blue collar according to plant needs;CV Screening and maintaining relationships with work agencies;Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.

This position will be located at our Operations Plant at Pederobba (TV), but you will perform all activities associated with the HRBP world.
