As Head of Integrated Sales Reefer and FMCG you are responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy for the Food and Reefer Industry, while leading a sales team to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following: Creates, articulates and drives the local strategies for differentcustomer segments.Leverages understanding of the local business environment to supportdevelopment of the sales strategy.Maintains senior relationships with top accounts.Makes joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.Ensures optimal activity management and account management to trulyunderstand customers and their needs.Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.Location: The position is based in Genoa or Milan, Italy (hybrid).
