Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor | Move to Portugal

The company covers and manages the risks of its multiple clients by offering damage and liability insurance to individuals and businesses, health and provident insurance for individuals as well as reinsurance and life insurance.

Relocation package: Accommodation providedAssistance in obtaining your Portuguese social security number and opening a bank account In addition to all this, you will receive: Fixed and variable bonusesMeal allowance (Food card)Full-time contract (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day / 2 days off)Ongoing training provided by the companyPrivate medical insurance22 days of paid vacation + public holidaysCareer evolutionMany other advantages What will be asked to do? You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to answer their queries by phone and/or emailIdentify customer needs Am I eligible? European passport or identity cardNative Italian/Level C2The training will be given in English, you must have a minimum B2 level in EnglishHave the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients via phone and emails What is the next step?
