Our Customer Success Department in Segrate (MI), is looking for a
**Order Management Specialist - Spanish speaker (f/m/d)** **(100%)**
This is a great opportunity to learn and to bring your expertise in an international and dynamic work environment
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Perform excellent and pro-active track of orders and managing processes that is needed for fulfillment stage
- Ensure policies and procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders
- Ensure a clean Orderbook / Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively
- Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the national accounts and ensure an active communication flow with the sales account team
- Perform business analysis as basis for Order Management Operations and future improvement strategies, including a respective follow up of agreed KPIs
- Monitor data integrity and lead the ongoing validation process (Orderbook, Customer Data etc.)
- Focus on improving processes that have greatest impact on the business; share best practices with colleagues in your team as well as other relevant stakeholders
- Be the local key contact for Customer Service and other related projects to train and mentor individuals as new processes are implemented
**Your ideal profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- At least 3 years of experience in order management or in a comparable role
- Good knowledge of SAP (nice to have)
- English, Spanish and Italian are a must have requirement
- Accuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasks
- Availability to travel to Spain (3-4 days per month)
- Great communication skills and team working
