Key responsibilities for this role include:
Input in designing an overall digital strategy and customer journeys for all the Business Units to support the defined brand strategiesSupport the localization of new digital channels and capabilities to enhance the country Omnichannel ecosystemContribute to content definition for our brandsDigital Campaign activation (Mass-mailing, Web portal, etc)Interpreting data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reportsDeveloping and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations in order to enable key internal stakeholders to learn and improve brand activation.The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in Digital, Marketing or Economics. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Any previous experience in Digital marketing management or a digital analytics role will be considered a plusDigital mindset and curiosity towards Omnichannel marketing and innovationAnalytical skills ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing Italian and English is requiredGood knowledge of Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong communication and presentation skills in a cross-functional environmentExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsSoft skills: Positive attitude, team work skills, accuracy, curiosity, proactive and result oriented approach.En Viatris, ofrecemos salarios competitivos, beneficios y un entorno inclusivo donde puede usar sus experiencias, perspectivas y habilidades para ayudar a generar un impacto en la vida de los demás.
