About the role As a Development Manager of this team, you will: Lead the architecture and implementation of web services Iterate quickly and ship code frequently Develop a collaborative environment with your team of 6-8 to make sure their work is greater than the sum of individual efforts Use your passion for excellent products to ensure your team is delivering high-quality features Coach your team and empower them to grow in their careers Research and pioneer the adoption and use of new technologies within Zillow.

Who you are 2+ years of experience in a management or tech lead role with a passion for mentoring and developing the potential of others.
5+ years of experience writing scalable web services, and object-oriented programming for consumer-facing, highly reliable, high-volume consumer tech products.
Strong experience with backend development in one or more programming languages: C#/Java/Python/Go Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCE, or Azure Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred --- Más de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto directivo o de liderazgo tecnológico con pasión por asesorar y desarrollar el potencial de los demás.
