Siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer - Hightech (Customer Engineer), per il nostro Service Team localizzato a Catania (non trasfertista), per la gestione di impianti e macchinari di produzione di nostra produzione, installati presso la Gigafactory del cliente, per la produzione di celle solari.
Profilo generale: Il/La candida/a ideale ha esperienza tecnica nella manutenzione e nella risoluzione dei problemi su apparecchiature complesse in settori ad alta tecnologia. La capacità di installazione e avvio è un vantaggio. L'esperienza nell'industria dei semiconduttori, nei sistemi per vuoto, nella meccatronica è benvenuta.
Si richiede disponibilità a lavorare a turni a ciclo continuo 4 gg lavorativi + 4 gg di riposo. Responsabilità chiave Applica tutte le misure di sicurezza in ogni momento
Lavora in autonomia utilizzando le procedure e le pratiche aziendali stabilite.
Esegue l'installazione e l'avviamento degli impianti industriali Applied presso il Cliente, il maggior produttore di Microchip In Italia.
Esegui tutti i livelli di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva entro i tempi e le procedure previsti.
Applica strategie e procedure di diagnostica e Troubleshooting sulle apparecchiature Applied installate presso il cliente, attraverso l'analisi di dati prodotti dai macchinari, la comprensione del Processo di produzione e del Software.
Esegue aggiornamenti e retrofit sulle apparecchiature.
Assicura di applicare le corrette procedure e checklist per la manutenzione sia correttiva che preventiva
Comprende e utilizza correttamente gli schemi tecnici, elettrici, meccanici, idraulici.
Comprende e implementa metodologie e procedure di lavoro corrette secondo gli standard di qualità dell'azienda e del cliente.
Anticipa e risponde ai problemi e alle escalation delle apparecchiature in modo tempestivo
Collabora e comunica con gli stakeholder aziendali
Partecipa a riunioni interne e con i clienti per la gestione del servizio di manutenzione.
Risponde delle performance degli impianti assegnati, nella definizione e nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Mantiene informata la gestione sul campo sulla percezione delle prestazioni del sistema da parte dei clienti.
Prende l'iniziativa per evitare e risolvere i problemi dei clienti.
Può occasionalmente avviare progetti per ridurre i costi o aumentare i tempi di attività.
Può lavorare a turni a seconda dell'incarico
È richiesta flessibilità in caso di necessità di viaggio prevalentemente per training.
COMPETENZE RICHIESTE - Diploma o Laurea in ambito Tecnico
- Esperienza in ambito elettrico industriale o elettromeccanico
- Preferibile esperienza di manutenzione o installazione di macchinari o impianti industriali.
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese a livello intermedio, per poter comprendere trainings, procedure, manuali e interloquire con colleghi stranieri.
