Il nostro cliente è leader nello sviluppo e nella produzione di cablaggi per il settore Automotive. Stiamo selezionando una figura di Electrical Design Engineer.
La risorsa si occuperà mediante Unigraphics di sviluppare il prodotto per i clienti di riferimento, dalla sua ideazione fino alla sua produzione.
Si occuperà di definire e monitorare le caratteristiche tecnico/funzionali dei prodotti alla luce di quanto emerso dalle riunioni con i vari clienti nonché supervisionare il processo produttivo per assicurare che vengano rispettati gli standard di qualità, di sicurezza e le specifiche di progettazione prefissate dall'azienda.
La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Mantenere i collegamenti con gli enti tecnici degli stabilimenti produttivi e dei terzisti al fine di garantire il raggiungimento dei target di progetto;
Interfacciarsi con i tecnici esterni di pertinenza per le attività di sviluppo della documentazione;
Contribuire a effettuare la verifica dei cicli durante la fase di start-up certificando gli stessi con gli enti produzione e qualità.
Partecipare alla FMEA di progetto con l'ente progettazione al fine di suggerire tutti gli accorgimenti utili per progettare un cablaggio che si presti a una ingegnerizzazione ottimale dal punto di vista ciclo di lavorazione e di installazione su veicolo, garantendone i costi previsti a budget la qualità e l'affidabilità.
All'occorrenza partecipare alle technical review;
Partecipare ad attività aziendali di Cost Reduction;
All'occorrenza garantire il supporto ingegneristico alle attività di piattaforma realizzando su indicazione Cliente modelli matematici 3D, 2D e schemi elettrici;
Verificare la validità delle informazioni ricevute dal Cliente e la loro corretta introduzione nei modelli realizzati;
All'occorrenza supportare il cliente nello sviluppo dei lay-out;
Supportare il Platform Technical Leader per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività di piattaforma;
Effettuare l'archiviazione in Banca Dati Disegni.
È richiesta la conoscenza di Unigraphics e la capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici.
È richiesta inoltre una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese oltre che del pacchetto Office, specialmente di Excel.
È richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte per il 10% del tempo durante l'anno presso gli stabilimenti a livello Europa.
La risorsa che stiamo selezionando possiede una pregressa esperienza maturata di almeno 1 anno in mansioni analoghe, preferibilmente nel settore Automotive e possiede una conoscenza di componentistica elettrica/elettronica.

Pacchetto retributivo: commisurato all'esperienza del candidato.
