A diretto riporto del Direttore Generale la risorsa svolgeràle seguenti attività:Monitorare l'evoluzione della normativa di settore a livello nazionale ed europeo e coordinare le eventuali fasi di consultazione promosse dalle Autorità/Amministrazioni competenti, anche in cooperazione con l'Associazione degli aeroporti europei.
Predisporre documenti informativi da trasmettere agli aeroporti associati per l'avvio dell'attività di confronto finalizzata all'elaborazione della documentazione necessaria a rappresentare la posizione associativa.
Coordinare le attività dei gruppi di lavoro negli ambiti di propria competenza, interagendo con i relativi responsabili degli aeroporti associati e organizzando periodicamente gli incontri necessari ad analizzare e approfondire le questioni di rilevanza per il settore.
Contribuire allo sviluppo di analisi e studi di specifico interesse per i gestori aeroportuali - ivi inclusa la disciplina del nuovo Codice dei contratti pubblici - anche ai fini delle interlocuzioni di carattere istituzionale proprie dell'attività associativa, in particolar modo nei confronti dell'Ente Nazionale per l'Aviazione Civile e del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti.
Partecipare ai tavoli di lavoro istituiti dalle Autorità competenti per rappresentare gli interessi specifici degli aeroporti sulle tematiche di competenza.
Assicurare un coordinamento interno allo scopo di gestire al meglio le tematiche trasversali alle diverse aree di lavoro.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso di un titolo di laurea in Giurisprudenza e ha maturato esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni all'interno di studi legali, aree legali di società o in altre realtà associative.
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'aver maturato esperienza lavorativa nel settore dell'aviazione.
Completano il profilo serietà e affidabilità, ottime capacità relazionali, un atteggiamento propositivo e costruttivo, la disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente sul territorio nazionale e all'estero, nonché la capacità di elaborare testi e memorie.
