What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will:
You are the voice of our company, the direct link to our customers.Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.Support competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service.Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.Work with other departments together, for example, Sales and Marketing.You will be part of an international and multilingual team.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1).Have an advanced level of English (B2).Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented.Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority.Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues.Have prior experience as customer support.Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and can work with many tools at once.Have a problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issues.Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure.Are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
