Role Overview: As a Social Media Content Moderator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our online platform.
You'll review and assess user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines.
Your primary focus will be on Italian-language content, so fluency in Italian is a must.

Key Responsibilities: Content Review: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.
Moderation: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
Reporting: Document and report any trends, issues, or feedback to help improve our moderation processes and community standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide insights and contribute to the development of moderation strategies.
Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your understanding of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure culturally relevant content management.
Qualifications: Fluency in Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian are essential.
English Proficiency: Good command of English to interact with international colleagues and for documentation purposes.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle complex situations and make quick decisions.
Previous Experience: While previous experience in social content moderation is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
