Business Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – solutionBusiness Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – solutionAs Business Consultant for our SFA-solution, you participate in international implementation projects inside the Würth Group.Responsibilities:Analyze our customer's business processes related to Sales & Marketing inside the Würth Group;Collect business requirements and evaluate optimization possibilities;Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;Organize as well as hold trainings and customer workshops;Support customers during the whole project lifecycle;Manage accounts and support assigned customers;Provide consultancy related to new SW releases & functionalities.Requirements:Strong interest in Consulting business and in business process optimization;Outstanding analytical and communication skills;Good team player and highly customer oriented;Willingness to travel;Fluency in German, good Italian and English language skills;Familiarity with wholesale related business processes or professional experiences in a similar role will be an advantage.We offer:Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team of consultants;Involvement in international IT Consulting projects inside the Würth Group;Flexible working hours as well as home-office option;Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary model;Wide range of training and development opportunities.Are you interested in learning more about the position?
