In qualità di Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager, creerai le condizioni per rendere l'ambiente di lavoro non solo efficiente, ma anche attento al personale. Le tue priorità saranno la gestione e la formazione di un team di tecnici di vasta esperienza per assicurare l'affidabilità delle attrezzature. Principali responsabilità Aiutare i colleghi ad assicurare il rispetto delle policy e procedure di sicurezza. Implementare standard di rete europei, pianificare gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva e assicurare la disponibilità di strumenti tecnici. Collaborare con i colleghi nella raccolta e analisi di dati per migliorare i processi. Sviluppare e contribuire ai progetti, sia in sede che a livello di rete. Dirigere, affiancare e formare il tuo team per favorirne la crescita professionale. Una giornata tipo Il tuo lavoro si svolgerà in una delle nostre sedi, così potrai fornire al team indicazioni pratiche e avere il controllo della situazione. A tal fine sarà necessario raccogliere dati e risolvere problemi in contesti altamente dinamici. Avrai anche l'opportunità di definire un piano operativo che aumenti la produttività e l'efficienza della tua sede. Dovrai creare nuovi progetti che determinino miglioramenti a tutto tondo, dai processi operativi alla manutenzione delle attrezzature. Oltre alla sicurezza, le tue altre priorità saranno quelle di dirigere il tuo team e gestirne la performance e la crescita professionale, organizzando all'occorrenza ulteriori sessioni di formazione.
