As Junior Retail Operations Specialist you will be supporting the Retail Operations Team in ensuring Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures of Retail Operations. What makes up your day Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, checking the day-to-day on field adoption; Ensure all Stores' opening and closing meet the required procedures and budget (e.g. Credit Sales procedure; physical Store Warehouse organization; managerial value for stock); Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms, ...) are duly managed and optimized; Ensure policies and procedures related to inventory control and stock management are defined and in place; Monitor stock and sell through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost effective management and the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed.   Organizational skills; Ability to work in team; Fluent English, other languages a plus At least 6 months experience in similar role, preferred within Supply chain industry or Retail companies. These teams are divided into two areas: textiles and apparel.

Most of these teams are based at our our global headquarters in Milan. The CRM and Content Brand Marketing teams, however, are present globally.
