Job Description

The Omni-Channel Manager will drive business projects by understanding channel business needs and ensuring they are met within project execution; build project business case and report to Retail stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Develop cross-channel KPIs to measure and evaluate the contribution of each omnichannel activity;
    • Collaborate with business leaders to fine-tune strategy and address change requests;
  • Knowledge Sharing
    • Actively review and elaborate omnichannel knowledge from the market;
    • Create opportunities for omnichannel knowledge sharing with internal stakeholders;
  • Solution Development
    • Leverage digital & eCommerce expertise as the main driver for omnichannel solutions;
    • Apply retail knowledge to understand offline logics and customizations, ensuring every omnichannel project is addressed accordingly;

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing complex business projects across multiple channels;
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Experience working with digital platforms and e-commerce tools;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively;
