What we are looking for: You will report to our Head Housekeeper, supporting him/her in the management of day-to-day operations You will ensure our guests have a memorable experience according to company standards.You will have to ensure a memorable experience for our guests according to the company's standards.You will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team by example, creating an environment for them to be their best, encouraging their development and growth.You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved within company guidelines.Supervise and control the cleanliness and maintenance of all our bedrooms and public areas.Effectively and efficiently meet all of our guests' requests. • Individuals. Qualifiche

What we need from you : Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years as a Floor Supervisor in a 4 or 5 stars HotelStrong orientation for the details and precisionYou will need to be a motivator for the team to ensure the constant growth.Knowledge of the Opera operating system will be an advantageWe are looking for a person who has a passion for the world of hospitalityYour main goal is to have a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experienceWe are looking for someone who wants to be part of a hard-working, mutually supportive teamGood knowledge of written and spoken English requiredGood knowledge of the Office package
