What you'll do: You will join the team of Retail Operations and in particular the Repair & Production business / management reporting directly into the Retail Operations Director;You will have the opportunity to be involved in activities and projects about design, development, implementation and laboratory production and repair of Sisal Retail products: Betting, Lotteries, Awp and VLT devices and technology;You will directly manage 3 Repair & Production Site Managers and 1 Back Office Team Leader. The whole team is made of 60 people for 8 production sites spread over Italy with one site specifically focused on product and technical innovation;You will manage and monitor repair & production projects, planning and delivery keeping track of a mixed production model made of 70% of internal production and 30% delivered by external suppliers;You will be accountable as a high-level and highly-organized project manager;You are responsible for a keen and efficient stock management to be delivered to the entire Supply Chain along with steady monitoring of budgets, well-thought cost optimization and kpis such as production timings, increasing internalization of production and process improvement;You have to foster innovation and create new best practices and ways of working;You will have to often visit the sites of Lecco and Peschiera Borromeo and also visit the other sites when needed.Who you are: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role;You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;You are proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative;You know how to manage people and how to work in a team;You know how to organize and plan activities in order to achieve your targets.Preferrably, you also have: Previous experience in repair & laboratory activities or similar projects;Basic knowledge of budget management, software and hardware gaming technology.What we offer you/you can expect from us: Permanent contract;Rewarding and very competitive MBO;Meal Allowance;Hybrid work;Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone;Supplemental Health Insurance;Welfare System;An inclusive place to work.Looking for a role that can support your learning and career goals: Psychological well-being: online meditation courses, medical online service, counselling service thanks to the support of certified psychologists and coaches;Continuous learning for soft and hard skills (e.g. learning platform; managerial learning to be fully exploited thanks to FlexiLearning, which allows you to dedicate at least 4 hours per month for your professional growth);Support for parents, children and financial aid for mothers;Volunteering during your working hours.Location: Italy, Milan, Lecco, Peschiera Borromeo with availability to frequent nationwide travels.
