Job Title Service Sales Specialist, Healthcare Informatics
Job Description Help drive the Service Sales growth using data and insights in collaboration with Account Managers, Local team and other Sales Specialists.

Enterprise Informatics, our software business, is a key driver of growth for Philips in the next decade.

Service Sales is a key focus area and a strategic lever for Enterprise Informatics in this next growth phase.

A dedicated and focused Service Sales Organization is being created for Europe to achieve an annual growth of 10-15% in the next 5 years.

Your role: Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions in collaboration with account sales teams.
Own identified Accounts to help drive service contract renewals/upsells by engaging directly with customers, as needed.
Sustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets in the area of services.
Use effective management, prospecting and qualifying activities to communicate business direction.
Maintain relationships with account sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions.
Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management.
Monitor competition and changes in the industry in the respective domain.
Provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product and service offerings.
Drive continuous improvements applying LEAN.
You're the right fit if: University Degree and 1-5 years of related experience.
Exposure to Healthcare domain and Healthcare IT would be preferable.
Expertise in Data Analytics and AI for deriving insights will be an added advantage.
