Responsabilità essenziali:
- Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation, prepare and manage month-end closing activities (US GAAP and according to SOX)
- Monitor the plant industrial KPI on a weekly/monthly basis as well as keep monthly variances analysis by product and customer
- Prepare expense report, analysis and review
- Collaborate with the senior controller to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis
- Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.
)
- Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track)
- Support the yearly hourly rate cost calculation and manage the standard cost update
- Support the senior controller on the stock valuation and E&O calculation and on the yearly inventory stock tacking activities
- Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks
- Participate to internal audits
- Investments controlling together with pay back analysis
- Provide proactive / unsolicited consultation, interpretation and education of complex financial and operational matters to various departmental leaders used to drive business decisions
Requisiti di posizione:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or any finance related degree
- Minimum one years' experience as industrial controller (nice to have)
- Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
- Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and oral
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to cooperate within a complex and dynamic multinational Company to strengthen and learn new skills
