Per importante gruppo Energy leader nella fornitura di GPL, siamo alla ricerca di un IT Project Manager che andrà a coordinare un portfolio di progetti nell'ambito di un grande programma di Digital Transformation.
La sede di lavoro è Genova ed è richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli di IT PMO/PM e ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
- svolge o ha svolto recentemente il ruolo di PM, in ambito progetti IT e digitalizzazione, per almeno 3-5 anni
- raggiunge i risultati, riducendo al minimo i conflitti interpersonali e sa leggere le organizzazioni (comprensione della politica e delle relazioni gerarchiche informali)
- ha capacità relazionali molto buone e dedica tempo alle relazioni e alla comunicazione efficace
- produce report di sintesi sull'andamento dei progetti, adattandoli a vari livelli di interlocutori e li sa comunicare e motivare
- ha lavorato su progetti di innovazione e/o digitalizzazione e sa impostare un piano di comunicazione del cambiamento e adozione di nuovi processi e strumenti
Le seguenti caratteristiche sono in aggiunta e preferenziali:
- certificato PMP PMI, Prince2, BVOP o equivalente
- ha referenze o dichiara di aver portato a termine progetti di digitalizzazione di ampio respiro, on time / on budget / on scope / on quality
- stabilisce ottimi rapporti professionali con tutti gli stakeholder, entrando rapidamente nell'organizzazione e nella gerarchia formali e informali dell'azienda
- ha esperienze degne di menzione su progetti e processi digitali del settore energy / multiutility
- regge bene lo stress e non lesina energie e tempo per raggiungere gli obiettivi
Tempo: full time
Sede di lavoro: Genova
Mobilità: disponibile a viaggiare presso le nostre sedi e presso le sedi dei nostri partner (< 10%)
