Italdesign is a service company providing design, engineering and production for the transportation industry, through to final testing and type-approval and support into starting of production and the design of complete Business models. Italdesign is looking for a positive minded, driven and self-motivated by passion for cars, flexible and hard working person, who would be part in Infotainment Development Team.
Responsibilities Project budget, time and quality management; Teams leading and organization; Coordination with customers and suppliers; Support the development of advanced infotainment features/functions; Escalation point from and to the customer; Interface with customers on project management; Coordination with other departments/teams; Generating technical and project reports and various presentation material to communicate issues, achievements, and technical information for project evaluations and information sharing across the organization. Key Requirements At least 3 years of experience in Embedded Products, Infotainment, Connectivity or any other automotive related features; Knowledge and Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies; Know-how on requirements, functional specifications management; Knowledge of SW development process; Knowledge in the area test execution-management; Knowledge of vehicle development lifecycle; Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions; Ability of working under pressure; Target oriented attitude; Strong communication skills; Strong negotiation skills; High level of autonomy. Preferential Requirements Previous experience with Jira and Confluence tools; Ability to define and communicate priorities; Knowledge in conflict management; Innovative thinking attitude; Time-management approach. Education: Engineering, Business Management or equivalent Degree
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian and German would be appreciated
