We offer an interesting opportunity to join our Sales Team, as Sales Representative Lombardia reporting to the Area Manager Center- North.
Responsible for the sales activities and results in assigned geographical area.
Implement and deliver plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the sales zone and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for customers assigned.
What will your contribution be? Working independently to achieve agreed business targets by maintaining existing business and developing new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relations with key clinical decision makers.Acquire and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills required for promoting and marketing existing and new products so the optimum impact on sales performance is achieved.Conduct research for tender submissions and maximize business from contracts.Identifying and launching new product opportunities.Maintain excellent clinical knowledge of various surgical procedures and adapt to changing protocols.Develop and implement pricing strategy.Provide weekly and monthly reports against set targets to the Sales Manager.What are we looking for? Preferably residence in Milan area2-3 years of experience in sales management in Orthopedics/Trauma preferred.Good level of EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWilling to travel 90% of your time, based on business needs.What soft skills will you improve? become an excellent face-to-face communicatorunderstanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.leadership and ability to drive customer decision.What will you find?
