This individual will spearhead the implementation of Continuous Improvement across our production facilities, enhance the participation of production staff in continuous improvement efforts, provide specialized training and resources to improve their skills, and serve as a catalyst in guiding production teams towards excellence.
The role is situated at our Porcari (Lucca) Plant. The facility employs approximately 150 people and includes a six-line roll converting department for toilet paper, kitchen towels, and industrial rolls, as well as a product storage warehouse.
What You Will Do
Serve as a safety exemplar.

Aid operational staff in executing strategic Total Productive Maintenance pillars as per the business roadmap, encompassing Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Management, Focus Improvement, and Education & Training.

Perform loss analysis to spot and rank opportunities for performance enhancement.

Persistently advance team efficiency in equipment operation via standard settings and practices, establishing new benchmarks as needed.

Provide training to bolster methodological competencies for process optimization.

Mentor operational staff on improvement projects to secure exceptional outcomes.

Guide, educate, and support operational staff in applying Total Productive Maintenance Enablers.

Launch and propel Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor.

Who You Are
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

Applicants must have experience with Lean, especially in deploying successful Lean management programs

Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in a role at an industrial company

Exceptional communication skills are vital, enabling comfortable and effective interactions at all levels of a matrix organization.

Prospective employees should possess robust problem-solving skills, superior analytical abilities, project management expertise, and a thorough grasp of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

Leadership and team management skills are critical, along with strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
