Das Military Recruiting Team von Amazon steht zur Verfügung, um die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten innerhalb von Amazon Operations zu erörtern. Der operative Geschäftsbereich ist das Herz von Amazon. Dieser wesentliche Teil unseres Unternehmens sorgt dafür, dass wir Bestellungen effizient versenden und liefern, damit unsere Kund : innen ihre Artikel rechtzeitig erhalten. Getragen wird er von Delivery Station Manager : innen, die das Team zusammenführen, um an allen unseren Standorten hervorragende Sicherheit, Qualität und Produktivität zu fördern. Du koordinierst an Deinem Standort andere Manager : innen und erstellst den Betriebsplan, der Deinen Teams bei der Erfüllung ihrer Ziele hilft. Diese Rolle ist voll darauf ausgerichtet, die Operational Excellence zu unterstützen, um das Amazon von Morgen zu schaffen.
Key job responsibilitiesLeitung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Area Manager : innenVerantwortung für Deinen Standort, Handhabung von Problemen und Förderung der StandortleistungVergleich der Standortleistung mit den Unternehmensvorgaben und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer Operational ExcellenceEnge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Support-Teams, unter anderem mit denen aus den Bereichen Personal, Finanzen, Delivery Service Partners (DSP), IT, Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) und TechnikGestaltung und Umsetzung von Initiativen an allen Standorten zur Verbesserung der BetriebsleistungA day in the lifeDu trägst im Wesentlichen die Verantwortung für einen gesamten Logistikstandort. Du leitest Teams, verfolgst die Standortleistung und suchst fortwährend nach Möglichkeiten, das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern. Das bedeutet, dass Du die täglichen Betriebsabläufe an Deinem Standort unmittelbar beobachtest und gleichzeitig auch zu neuen Innovationsmöglichkeiten beiträgst. Ein typischer Arbeitstag umfasst die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, eingehende Untersuchungen der Leistungs- und Risikokennzahlen für Standorte sowie die Vorbereitung auf unterschiedliche Nachfragevolumen. Du bietest Deinem Team Mentoring und Coaching, um hervorragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
