About the Role: In TD SYNNEX Italy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.
The person will be responsible for translating VMware by Broadcom's growth plans internally to drive them in specific strategic segments.
The BDM in TD SYNNEX is tasked with growing profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy and must possess knowledge of Data Center and Infrastructure Software, as well as experience in negotiating large deals with a comprehensive understanding of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
Responsibilities: Optimise results by driving sales out of the agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.
Demonstrate a solid customer engagement strategy and create unique selling propositions.
Take solution and service offerings to market including TaaS.
Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
Develop tailored customer value propositions.
What We Are Looking For: 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
Good level of knowledge of Data Center and Software Enterprise.
Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
High energy and motivation.
Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
Strategic planning and business case development.
