ADAT Studio is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Rome.

The preferred candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in both private and public sectors, exhibit excellent leadership qualities, and showcase a strong commitment to achieving design excellence.
As a Senior Architect, you will manage the Design Team, a crucial role in leading complex projects from conception to completion and ensuring the success of high-quality architectural solutions.

Required: Professional knowledge of Revit/BIM is mandatory.Must have EU work permit. Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.Oversee project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain high design standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative design concepts. Qualifications and Skills: 10+ years of architectural experience.Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.Prior studio experience on high-profile and international projects.Extensive experience with construction detailing and the ability to create a complete construction document set.Previous experience in construction management is a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Fluent in Italian and English.High attention to detail.Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.International experience is a plus.
