PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITAInserito/a nel team Operation dello stabilimento di Roma, Il candidato/a intraprenderà un percorso formativo all´interno di BASF, occupandosi delle seguenti attività:
Fornirà supporto ai team di Operation Production e/o di Waste & Utilities nella creazione e nell'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica relativa alla produzione corrente e all'implementazione di nuovi prodotti. Avrà l´opportunità di partecipare attivamente e contribuire alla promozione e all'attuazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo nell´ambito dell´area di produzione.Attraverso l'analisi e la condivisione di Best Practices, contribuirà all'ottimizzazione delle procedure e dei processi produttivi. Inoltre, collaborerà alla pianificazione e alla preparazione degli audit in ambito qualità, ambiente e sicurezza.Il/la candidato/a ideale è un/a neolaureato/a o un laureando/a in Ingegneria Chimica.È fluente in inglese, sia in forma scritta che orale, e ha una competenza avanzata nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office.Completano il profilo un'ottima capacità comunicativa, un'attitudine al problem-solving e al multitasking, spirito critico e capacità di sintesi. Opportunità di crescita in un contesto multinazionale e multibusiness.
