Job Title: Programme Manager Location: Rome (hybrid) Responsibilities: Manage the operational aspects of projects and programs with responsibility for Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients.
Provide management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance.
Provide input into project proposals and RFPs and participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.
Act as a single point of contact for project/program status.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure team members carry out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Design, deliver and manage innovative solutions and projects for clients.
Plan programs and project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Work with line managers to ensure study, staff, or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.
Ensure staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines/policies, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile - Summary: 5 years of work experience in services (consulting, project management) or in industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in large corporate settings, with accountability for PL and results.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience and passion for healthcare.
BSc or Master's degree.
Proficiency in English.
