Lux Eventi, importante Azienda nel settore dell'Entertainment con sede a Roma, è alla ricerca di una/un Staff Coordinator da inserire all'interno del team di progetto per la nuova apertura di Balloon Museum a Bruxelles (Belgio) occupandosi on site delle seguenti attività:

Reclutamento del personale attraverso job posting e colloqui conoscitivi; Gestione dei team di lavoro e organizzazione dei turni del personale; Presidio sull'evento per la gestione del personale; Gestione amministrativa dello staff; Supporto alla contrattualistica. Requisiti richiesti: Disponibilità al trasferimento a Bruxelles dal mese di ottobre 2024 fino a gennaio 2025; Conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1/C2); Conoscenza della lingua francese e/o olandese sarà considerata un plus; Capacità di lavorare in team e collaborazione con il team di progetto; Disponibilità a lavorare nel weekend e festivi. Requisiti preferenziali: Pregressa esperienza nel settore eventi e/o intrattenimento e nella gestione del personale. A termine del Balloon Museum di Bruxelles sarà possibile proseguire su tanti nuovi progetti di Lux su territorio nazionale ed internazionale. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
