Per azienda cliente, storica realtà dell'area isontina appartenente a Gruppo manifatturiero italiano, player di primaria importanza sul mercato internazionale nel proprio settore di riferimento, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesLa posizione, a diretto riporto del Maintenance Manager di plant, prevede le seguenti attività:Garantire la corretta esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, effettuati internamente o con il supporto di ditte esterneGarantire che le attività di manutenzione siano svolte in conformità alle disposizioni di sicurezza e con le procedure previste dal Sistema Qualità ISO 9001Individuare soluzioni adeguate per l'ottimizzazione degli impianti produttivi e per il miglioramento dell'efficienza manutentiva, nel rispetto del budget prestabilito e in collaborazione con il Responsabile Magazzino RicambiGestire il personale addetto alla manutenzione meccanicaCoordinare e supervisionare l'installazione di nuove apparecchiatureSupportare l'inserimento e lo sviluppo professionale dei collaboratoriYour ProfileVerranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Diploma con indirizzo tecnicoEsperienza significativa maturata ricoprendo ruolo analogo o maggiormente operativo dedicato alla manutenzione impianti produttivi per la parte meccanicaConoscenza delle norme di sicurezza e delle procedure legate al SGQ (preferenziale)Completano il profilo attitudine al problem solving, capacità nella gestione delle risorse e buone doti organizzative.Luogo di lavoro: Provincia di Gorizia #J-18808-Ljbffr
