Partner with the best As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m), you'll prepare proposals and bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
You will contribute to the operational plan of your department.
As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m), you will be responsible for: Developing and coordinating proposals; negotiating with customers; ensuring deals deliver shareholder value.
Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, and security of payment.
Executing the commercial hand-off process to ensure flawless execution.
Upholding the integrity and governance of all commercial processes, policies, and procedures.
Handling client requests through client portals.
Working with product line sales & commercial teams within the region to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
Collaborating on strategic opportunities and tenders with global stakeholders for select projects.
Coordinating across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have successfully completed your studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Have proven experience in a commercial environment.
Be able to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills.
Have commercial experience and awareness of pricing, bids, and the tendering process.
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
Be fluent in Italian and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
