Job DescriptionPlease note candidates must be able to speak fluent Italian and English for this role.

The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across several sectors including hydropower, nuclear, thermal, waste, renewable generation, and transmission & distribution networks. Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we're helping to deliver the energy transition globally.
Join us as Graduate Renewables Engineer and you will have the option to work within the following areas:

-PV
- Wind and Offshore Wind
- Concentrated Solar Power
- Other Renewable Projects
Candidate SpecificationWe are looking for committed and motivated graduates with a genuine passion for engineering and a desire to make a difference in the world. If this describes you, apply today to launch your career at Mott MacDonald.

To apply for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months relevant work experience and havea degree or are expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:

Civil EngineeringElectrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringProject ManagementIn your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience


We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:
Methodical approach to problem solving
Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
Fluent in Italian and English.
