ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the quality team in production and supervise quality control activities at incoming, in-process, and final stages.Define and implement quality control plans and standard operating procedures.Manage internal and external non-conformities, analyze causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.Collaborate with the Production department to ensure quality throughout the value chain.Monitor quality KPIs and promote continuous improvement initiatives.Manage internal and external audits (clients, certification bodies).RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.At least 5 years of experience in quality within mechanical manufacturing environments.Deep knowledge of quality control techniques, measurement tools, and statistical methods.Experience in team management.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of the shipping or related high-technical-complexity sectors is a plus.What We OfferA dynamic and growing environment.Challenging projects in a strategic and innovative sector.The opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements.We welcome your application, preferably with documents in Italian or English.
