This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across various industries, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and strategic advisory projects.
As an integral member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience, develop strong financial modeling skills, and interact with senior professionals and clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and transaction materials.Perform industry research and company due diligence.Support the execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions.Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver high-quality financial solutions.Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other key transaction documents.Monitor financial markets and industry trends to provide strategic insights.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field from a top-tier university.1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or related financial roles (internship experience in IB is a plus).Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.
).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.Strong team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
