Join us and start the futureYOUR ROLEYou will be part of the Central Construction team, a worldwide team dedicated to the design and construction of the new infrastructure and facilities necessary for manufacturing.
You will join the team dedicated to the Agrate site, following all the phases of the new projects, from conceptual design to detailed design, construction, start-up, and commissioning of the new facilities.You will be part of the Facilities team, grouping the HVAC, Electrical, Automation, Cleanroom, and Fire disciplines.
After a first period of training, as HVAC specialist you will be in charge of following the activities of the packages related to the discipline ensuring to keep them aligned with time, quality, and budget defined.
You will be asked to collaborate with team members and ensure efficient sharing of information among the team and with other members of the Construction group.
You will work to define the new projects' needs according to the production tools requirements and, working with the other disciplines involved in the team, provide all the information necessary to the possible Contractors to fulfill their scope.
Your role as HVAC specialist includes the following main activities:Define the basic design related to HVAC disciplines for new projects, supported by team leaderPrepare the specifications for the process HVAC disciplineValidate the technical documentation and quotation provided by the ContractorsCheck and ensure that the installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications, safety and environmental rules, and any applicable STMicroelectronics standard and good practicesEnsure the on-time execution of HVAC installation, with follow-up of works, highlighting any deviation versus the specifications and/or scheduleParticipate in periodic meetings and be constantly updated about HVAC activities progress with suppliers and STMicroelectronics teamEnsure the collection of final documentation related to the HVAC disciplinesYOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCESCandidates that best fit this role should have/be:(minimum) Bachelor's degree in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or other technically equivalent degree(preferred) master's degree in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or other technically equivalent degree(preferred) experience or knowledge of HVAC systems for microelectronics or pharmaceutical production sites(minimum) able to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and instrumental schematics(preferred) knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling software (i.e.
