Stiamo cercando un Sales Performance Coordinator con esperienza consolidata nella gestione di team di vendita e un'attenzione particolare alla formazione, all'analisi dei KPI e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance.
**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestire e monitorare i KPI di vendita, analizzando i dati per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e strategie di ottimizzazione.
- Coordinare e supportare il team di vendita interno, guidandolo verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Progettare e implementare programmi di formazione e onboarding per le nuove risorse, assicurando un'integrazione efficace e un rapido allineamento con le esigenze aziendali.
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza decennale nel settore commerciale, con una comprovata capacità di gestione di team e risultati.
- Forti competenze nell'analisi e gestione dei KPI, con un approccio data-driven e strategico.
- Spiccate doti di leadership, empatia e problem solving.
- Capacità di pianificare e gestire programmi di formazione e sviluppo per risorse commerciali.
- Orientamento ai risultati, con la capacità di definire e implementare strategie efficaci per il miglioramento delle performance.
