Oggi è specializzata nella produzione e vendita di attrezzatura per la viabilità invernale e di attrezzature aeroportuali per pista, con una forte crescita in un contesto internazionale.
Per un potenziamento dell'organico, ricerchiamo un/a **Operation Manager (Responsabile Operativo)**.
La figura, riporterà direttamente alla Direzione Generale, sarà responsabile di tutta l'area Operations, nello specifico sarà responsabile dei progetti e risorse legati all'area manufacturing, técnica e della supply chain.
**Principali Responsabilità**:
Responsabile dei processi aziendali e workflow con l'obiettivo di renderli più efficaci e funzionali (produzione, acquisti, tecnico), definendone le procedure standard e monitorandone la corretta applicazione.
Sovraintende le attività dei vari responsabili di dipartimento assicurando una gestione efficace ed efficiente delle risorse dirette e indirette.
Gestire la quotidianità e lo sviluppo ed implementazione delle strategie aziendali a medio-lungo termine, per aumentare la qualità, ridurre i costi, i tempi e massimizzare il profitto.
**Requisiti Richiesti**:
Maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Operation Manager (o affini), all'interno di aziende operanti nel settore metalmeccanico di medie o piccole dimensioni.
Conoscenza dei ERP / software gestionali e di workflow management.
Capacità di gestire e coordinare le risorse.
Gradita la conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
