Based in Milan we are seeking an **E-commerce Marketplace** Intern M/W **to be a part of our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol.

**MISSIONS**
The ecommerce intern will be able to assist the ecommerce team with all activities due to manage an online marketplaces and learn all about this.
He/she will mainly deal with all operational regular duties due to keep the site always functioning and accurate in all its aspects.

- Order management and operation: main point of reference on daily operations, shipments and returns, monthly reconciliations and stock movements.
- Supporting the planning activities related to the catalogue, shooting and logistics.
- Manage product related requests from customer service.
- Price maintenance activities including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates.
- Assist with season catalogue building.
- Manage contents - correct imagery, product descriptions and details.
- Support online merchandising activities (ad hoc pages creation, product sorting, new tools implementation,).
- Site testing, bug reporting both for maintenance activities and new projects.
**PROFILE**
- Graduate level education (or equivalent).
- Excellent usage of Excel.
- Fluent in English.
Other languages will be a plus.
- Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload.
- Attention to details, preciseness, accuracy.
- Preferable experience in ecommerce or retail dept.
- Experience in working in multicultural team would be a plus.
- Analytical background and skills.
- Pro-active, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
