Il nostro cliente è una primaria società ICT nell'ambito delle Telecomunicazioni ci ha incaricato di ricercare una figura di Business Analyst SAP4HANA.
L'attività consisterà nella progettazione di soluzioni a supporto delle attività, in particolare gli ambiti applicativi sono: il Service Management, SAP e sistemi di monitoraggio. La progettazione è riferita sia a soluzioni nuove sia ad evolutive di quelle esistenti con possibili integrazioni con altri sistemi.
Più in dettaglio le attività sono le seguenti:
• Esaminare e interpretare i requisiti di business
• Stabilire l'intento della soluzione
• Allineare la soluzione con l'architettura tecnica
• Identificare i potenziali rischi di progettazione tecnica
• Supervisionare la quality e security by design
• Operare nel quadro di bilancio per convalidare l'impatto finanziario delle decisioni di progettazione
• Identificare opportunità di innovazione
• Pianificare roadmap tecnologiche
Sono richieste competenze tecniche negli ambiti riportati di seguito:
• Conoscenza dei SW SAP: SAP4HANA, SAPCRM, DATASPHERE, SAC, BW
• Preferibile conoscenza ABAP per sviluppo soluzioni in ambito SAP
• Conoscenza tools Atlassian: JiraSM, Bitbucket e Bamboo
• Conoscenza di tool di monitoraggio come Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix
Conoscenza avanzata dell'inglese
Capacità nella redazione di documentazione tecnica e di progetto
Sede operativa: Roma o Bari. Prevista modalità di lavoro ibrida: 3 gg a settimana da remoto e 2 in sede.
