Essential Functions Newpark Drilling Fluids Srl is looking for an intern in "personnel administration" at our Rome office.
The candidate will be able to develop the administrative management process of personnel, support administrative activities related to personnel management, and contribute to the drafting of reports.
MAIN TASKS: With the support of your manager, daily training, and mentoring, you will manage your project in a specific area such as supply chain planning and logistics projects: Management of the area dedicated to drafting and controlling administrative documents Monitoring of contract signing and extensions Management of the attendance and shift control process Overview of the payroll process Support in shift management Contribution to the drafting of documents useful for administrative management Location IT-Lazio-Rome Via Salaria 1313 Contract Type: Internship (6 months) Qualifications The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Postgraduate program.
Previous experience in similar work contexts will be considered a plus.
Intermediate knowledge (B1-B2) of the English language is required.
Soft Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel Awareness of administrative processes Knowledge of payroll structure Use of company tools dedicated to personnel management Ability to manage reporting Analytical skills Attention to detail Teamwork Problem-solving Requirements: The search is aimed at both sexes, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91.
