Manpower Permanent Professional, per azienda che produce lamiere, lamiere forgiate e laminate, blocchi forgiati e lingotti, seleziona Heat Treatment Assistant.
La figura si occuperà di: - Aggiornare i report di reparto (taglio, consumi cariche, monitoraggio kpi OE, salvataggio e supervisione dei grafici di trattamento termico etc.)
- Effettuare gli aggiornamenti periodici di lavagne 6S e visual board - Monitorare la corretta implementazione dei cicli programmati attraverso un frequente contatto con il reparto di produzione e la verifica delle curve di trattamenti - Effettuare campagne di raccolta dati per analisi a supporto di progetti di miglioramento (OE, NPS, investimenti, processo) - Collaborare con responsabile di reparto, con il supervisore della manutenzione operativa, il caposquadra, gli operatori e gli addetti rspp per elaborare le pratiche operative Il profilo ideale ha un percorso formativo ad indirizzo tecnico (meccanico / informatico) o background analogo.
Ha una buona apacità di apprendimento di processi complessi e interdipendenti, possiede un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (excel in particolare: tabelle pivot, power BI / macro VBA / microsoft query / access costituiscono un valore aggiunto) e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (non vincolante).
Luogo di lavoro: Verona Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento retributivo valutato in base al livello di seniority del candidato.
