BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Consistently analyze business outcomes from a merchandising standpoint, track ongoing product performance to identify trends and ensure adequate coverage, and conduct in-season analysis to transform data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will: Regularly investigate business results from a merchandising perspective, breaking them down by line and merchandise category; Constantly monitor continuative products to intercept trends and ensure correct coverage, verifying their availability across stock locations and adjusting TSL in the main warehouse when necessary; Conduct in-season performance analysis and support the development of e-commerce merchandising strategy; Translate numbers into actionable insights to facilitate decision-making, direct actions, or provide suggestions to regions and third parties; Bring topline business forecast down to main product lines and iconic items within regional and store level; Warehouse seasonal sales projections and coverage simulation to compare with the OTB of the HQ planning; Support buyers and allocators with detailed post-season analysis, suggesting ideal breadth and depth; Review product selection for the e-commerce catalogue and quantity allocation in the central warehouse made by regional buyers. The Junior Digital Merchandising Analyst will work full-time with a temporary employment contract for maternity replacement.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: At least 6 months/1 year of experience in a similar role; University Degree in Economics or related; Fluent in English, other languages are considered as a plus; In-depth knowledge of Excel is a must, Power BI in considered as a plus; Data-driven approach and strong analytical mindset, complemented by curiosity and meticulous attention to detail.
