Noi di Claire Joster, stiamo ricercando una figura di **School manager per una scuola internazionale di lingua inglese.
**
**Sarai responsabile di**:
- Supervisionare tutte le operazioni quotidiane e gestione a 360° della scuola, sia da un punto di vista commerciale che accademico;
- Sarai responsabile dell'**incremento delle vendite** attraverso l'implementazione di specifiche strategie di vendita, attività outdoor, organizzazione eventi, gestione e monitoraggio dei KPI di vendita;
- Accoglierai i clienti e costruirai relazioni con i genitori, nonché attività di consulenza al cliente e attività che coinvolgano le famiglie.
- **Profilo**:_
- Esperienza commerciale;
- Capacità di pianificare e svolgere le varie attività comm.li e di gestione;
- Eccellenti competenze nella consulenza al cliente e nella costruzione di relazioni commerciali, attività marketing on line e off line, organizzazione e gestione eventi etc.

- Capacità di selezionare, gestire e motivare gli insegnanti;
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (livello B2).
- **Orario di lavoro**:_6 giorni a settimana, 38 ore settimanali (lun-sab)
- **Cosa si offre**:_
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full time (38 ore a settimana), **RAL 26 k + variabile**

Retribuzione: €1.600,00 - €1.700,00 al mese
