All about the role: In this role you will contribute to manage the HR, administrative and payroll activities within the site of Forlì where we produce cutting-edge cocking appliances. You will support site's blue/white collar employees being a reference point for HR administrative related requests.
What you'll do: Support the People Data & Payroll Specialist colleagues on site and remotely for the completion of the personnel administration actionsTime and Attendance registration, analysis and control of the time sheets of the assigned employeesUpdating and maintenance of payroll records within payroll software and Workday (e.g. changes in personal data, employment terms & conditions, exemptions, deductions, sick leaves, etc.)Registration of hirings, terminations, internal moves, employment contract transformations and relevant Unilav communicationsPreparation of all the necessary documents and certificates on employee's requestDaily contact with blue/white collars employees to answer and comply with their requestsActive participation in closing periodsPreparation of reports extracted from the payroll Database in a timely mannerParticipation in the continuous improvement initiatives of the teamWho you are: High school diploma/University degree in Accounting/Finance/HRStrong interest in the field of payroll administrationProficient use of the main data management applications and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAvailability to travel across company locations in ItalyAttention to details and customer orientation are keySelf-motivation, great time management and organizational skillsGood communication skillsReporting to: Massimo Poletto, Manager People Services & Solutions Italy
