For our brand ACUVUE we are looking for a
**Professional Education & Development Associate **for a maternity cover.
The Assosiate will be responsible for educational plan, internal and external training, alignment with Marketing and Sales departments
Main responsabilities:
- Deliver the annual Strategic Plan for professional activities in ITALY. Ensure ACUVUE products are used correctly by eye care practitioners (ECPs).
- Support Sales team on the field to detailing ACUVUE product.Develop & execute concepts of technical & theoretical education of professionals that sell/recommend ACUVUE products to ensure correct usage for long term business/market development.
- Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree Optician-Optometrist
- Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens
- Fluent Italian, Intermediate English
- Driving license B
