Mansione Randstad HR Solutions, per conto di importante realtà farmaceutica operante a Latina, è in cerca di un Engineering Project Manager.
La risorsa individuata garantirà lo sviluppo e la realizzazione e la supervisione dell'esecuzione dei progetti previsti dal piano di CapEx di stabilimento.
Si avvarrà di risorse interne ed esterne e garantirà lo svolgimento delle attività previste nel rispetto degli obiettivi di qualità, tempi e costi, nonché la conformità alle GMP e agli standard di sicurezza.
Responsabilità supportare il proprio Responsabile nella definizione del Master Plan relativo alla strategia dello sviluppo tecnologico del sito; raccogliere le proposte di CapEx dello stabilimento sulla base delle richieste dei clienti interni ed esterni, proponendone la priorità, in collaborazione con il proprio Responsabile, ai fini della proposta di budget; aggiornare regolarmente il proprio Responsabile rispetto all'avanzamento delle attività in corso e a eventuali problemi, con particolare attenzione a potenziali implicazioni in ambito Sicurezza, Qualità, Continuità di Business; predisporre e/o verificare le specifiche tecniche per richiesta d'offerta e approvazione delle offerte dei fornitori; aggiornare la reportistica relativa ai KPI dei progetti e del piano di CapEx ed esporla opportunamente alla Direzione; monitorare le spese rispetto al target di budget e il flusso di cassa dei progetti di ingegneria e di industrializzazione dei prodotti, aggiornando mensilmente il forecast e la relativa reportistica in collaborazione col team Finance.
Competenze Esperienza: consolidata esperienza nella gestione di progetti e di team cross-funzionali; solida esperienza pregressa nella gestione dei costi all'interno di un'azienda farmaceutica; pluriennale esperienza nella gestione di programmi, di strategia aziendale e di Project Management.
Competenze : conoscenze tecniche di impianti elettrici, impianti di trattamento delle acque reflue, principi idraulici, sistemi di riscaldamento e raffreddamento, sistemi antincendio, sistemi informatici; conoscenza delle buone pratiche di ingegneria applicate agli impianti e alle infrastrutture farmaceutiche; conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi e delle relative tecnologie, delle materie GMP, degli standard di qualità e EHS, dei principi ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 50001 e della gestione dei costi; conoscenza delle metodologie di CI (Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, RCM, 5S); orientamento ai risultati; certificazione PMP; conoscenza della lingua inglese, minimo livello B2.
Sede di lavoro: Latina.
Si prevede inserimento diretto presso l'Azienda cliente con contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Chimico – Farmaceutico, RAL e livello da valutare in funzione dell'esperienza maturata dalla persona scelta.
